I used this photo that I found at the stock photo website Stock Exchange. For this tutorial you’ll need a photo that you want to manipulate and some special brush sets which I downloaded from this link, you will create whatever you want. Now, what you have to do is Download the brush set and install it in your computer. The war is begin... Now I’ll show how to take a child with a big imagination and turn him into the powerful being he imagine himself to be, just like in the cartoon movie. Crack and Peel Effect

Here is the new Photoshop Tutorial about how to make Crack and Peel Effect. I was asked how you get skin to look as if it was cracking or peeling off, so here are the basics, enjoy it. Oh, and please, keep in mind that I was pretty lazy at some points, so your result should be better than mine.
First, chose the picture you want to work with. Then go looking for a texture you like. This texture needs o have the "look" you want to give her face, in this case, I want the face to look cracked for a start, so I choose a texture with loads of crack in it. The texture needs to be as big or bigger than the part you want to cover with it. If the crack just mysteriously stops in the middle of her face (because you have reached the edge of the texture image), there certainly are ways to fix that, but why not just take a proper texture from the start?

Okay, so you’ve grasped the techniques, but you need more than that if you’re to produce a range of original eye-catching work. Don’t underestimate the power of composition or the importance of balance.
This tutorial will teach you to create stunning effects using glows, loads of Colour Dodge, and lots and lots of neon – hot pinks and lemon yellows are prominent here. You’ll also learn how to utilise white in all the right places, so that white areas look less like negative space and more like the result of added energy and light.
The finer details are very important, too. The small glowing dots used throughout this image may be small, but they add so much. Always pay attention to detail in anything you create – simplicity is good but there are always details that, when added, make all the difference.
This tutorial stresses the importance of strong colour. The background of this piece contains a faint fl oral pattern, which is key, but very subtle. It does not call your attention or stand out on its own. Rather, it serves its purpose as a background correctly. In addition, another dimension is added using flowers and scanned imagery, giving the image a truly organic feel. How To Change Hair Color

Hey dude, long time no see, it's the newest photoshop tutorial. What time is it? Upss.. sorry, just kidding. You don't need to spend much money just to get a nice hair style. In this tutorial I'd like to share about how to change hair color. It is simple, but it's not easy, so you have to read the tutorial carefully. This is the final output. As you can see, there are two different colors on the hair-Green and Red.

Step by step I'll show you how to make perfectly.
1) Choose a good image
2) Choose the Pen Tool to select a particular area of hair. After that press Ctrl+Enter to make selection
3) Go to the Image menu, choose >Adjustments>Variations>and choose any good color you want. Here I have choosen green color. Now you will see that the edges will be very sharp,we need to merge it with the real hair. To do this, choose the eraser tool, reduce the opacity value to around 20 %and erase sharp edges.

Bringing Stone Statue to Life

This is the one of the greatest photoshop tutorial. In this tutorial, I'll show you how to take a stone statue and alter it to look life-like. Before and After. The simple thing you have to do are:
Layering Skin Tones, using the selection tool of your choice (I used lasso here), select the statue. I left the parts already colored yellow alone and selected the man. When selected, click on the half black/half white circle at the bottom of the layers palette to create a hue/saturation adjustment layer. This will be the base color for our skin tone, so choose a fleshy tone in the yellow-orange range, with reduced saturation. Leave the lightness slider on zero. Next, load the hue/saturation mask by holding ctrl while clicking on the hue/saturation mask. Create another adjustment layer, this time curves. Slide the curve upward to create a lightened effect – your curve may look different than this one, but the gist is to make the statue lighter while retaining some details in the shadows. After talk about last tutorial, time again to talk about aliens! No, not the illegal kind. The green kind! What better way to kickoff the summer spirit than with explosions, death rays, and a little stormy weather - thanks to our friend, Photoshop.
Speaking of stormy weather - recently, in my hometown of Manchester, NH (Southside REPRESENT) , we experienced some major floodwaters. It was nuts - Hectic farm animals everywhere...I must have seen at least 45 cows engaged in what appeared to be a strange game of Twister in a nearby Swamp field. Anyway, being the moron that I am, I defied all weathermen state-wide (damn yooz!) and took a journey down to a nearby troubled river and snapped some crAzy pics. So, I was looking at this photo of horrendous flooding and I though, Hey - let's make it even more horrendous!! SWEET!

In this moment, I'd like to share about how to add reflections, or at least, different reflections, to sunglasses. This is a popular Photoshop effect and opens up a world of creative and artistic possibilities depending on who is wearing the sunglasses and who or what you have them looking at. If we look closely, we can see that there already is a faint reflection in her sunglasses, and it looks like she's standing on the side of a road if I'm not mistaken. To me, she could just as easily be standing on a tropical beach, so we're going to give her more mirror-like reflective lenses and have her looking towards the water instead by using this photo as the reflection in her sunglasses. We need to work on one lens at a time, so let's begin with the lens on the left (our left, her right). To complete the work on the other lens, all we'll need to do is repeat the same steps we're about to do. First, we need to select the lens, so select around the outside of it using the selection tool of your choice (Lasso Tool, Pen Tool, etc)

It shows you how to create a silhouette of a person taken from a normal photo, adding colorful light to it as if the light source is located behind this object. First step, start out by importing the image you want to cut the silhouette from into Photoshop. I used an image with a white background, which makes cutting very easy. Everyone has their own way of cutting something out, so I will not include that part in this tutorial. If you are unsure how to cut something out, look for a tutorial on that subject first. When you are ready and feel like you have a clean cut, go into the layer's blending options, choose Color Overlay, and set the color to black. This should give you the silhouette of what you cut out. In my example, I did the hair separately and used a lower opacity on the Color Overlay so you can still see some gray tones. We can add a background by creating a radial gradient (Layer > New Fill Layer > Gradient). In the gradient options, change the style to Radial and choose dark colors on the outside and light colors for the inside.

Make Digital Photos Look Like Lomo

Today, I'd like to share about how to make digital photos look like lomo photography. From the first time I saw a photo that looked like this, I wanted to shoot one of my own. But, for the longest time I couldn’t figure it out how people took photos look like this. Then one day searching the web, I realized I needed a Lomo LC-A camera. This is a Russian made camera that was a knock off of another camera. It is poorly made and by Japanese camera standards, a bad picture taker too. As the legend goes, somewhere in the 1990’s a cult following developed and hasn’t stop since. Low and behold I went out and bought 2 of these babies. I love them, but I also had a digital SLR - a Canon 20D. After shooting with the Lomo, I wanted to take photos from my 20D and give them the Lomo look and feel. I searched and searched and after trying several different Photoshop methods, I finally came up with my own using a mix of different techniques. By all means, there are probably other ways to do this, but this method has served me well.
